CHIARA WHITE
Chiara White, a singer-songwriter from Florence, made her debut album in December 2017 with „Biancoinascoltato“ (Suburban Sky-Audioglobe). An album dedicated to the journey—both real and imaginary—through space and time, a journey of self-discovery searching for the essence of things, often forgotten and unheard. With this first work, featuring „Praga“ as the lead single, she received various accolades and awards, including winning the „Premio Zonta“ for Best Female Singer-Songwriter Song of 2018 and opening a concert for Ginevra Di Marco. Additionally, she was a semi-finalist in the „Premio De Andrè“ and „Area Sanremo 2018“ and a finalist in the „Proscenium Festival 2019“ and „L’ Artista che non c’era 2021“.
In May 2021, she released her second album, „Pandora“, a concept album dedicated to our inner demons. A kind of bestiary of monsters, inspired by the myth of Pandora. It represents a cathartic clash/encounter with one’s inner (and external) demons, presented from a female perspective. The first single, Neroseppia (with over 120000 plays on Spotify), a song dedicated to the dark shadow of depression, was a finalist in the prestigious „Premio Bianca d’Aponte 2021“ and won second prize in the „Vibrasong Contest 2021“.
In the summer of 2023, she toured across Italy to present Pandora, performing in Florence (Giardino delle Rose, Murate Caffè Letterario), Contursi Terme, Ivrea (Solativo), Milan (Garage Moulinski), and even Barcelona.
She is currently working on writing and arranging new songs, shifting her stylistic research towards electronic rock with elements of techno and dubstep—a second journey into hell, exploring the twisted folds of the mind and its disorders.
After a break from live performances, she is now back on stage, performing solo or as a duo, joined by Giulia Nuti . Her setlist includes songs from both of her released albums, some unreleased tracks, and a selection of covers spanning Italian singer-songwriter pop and alternative rock (such as „Il cielo in una stanza“ by Paoli and „Stelle buone“ by Cristina Donà), as well as some of the most famous rock and pop songs in English (from U2 to Radiohead).

IS THIS A CONCERT OR DINNER MUSIC?
Quite clearly: concert! With the concerts we want to promote newcomer musicians with their own music, bring new music to the people, eat something good and have a great time with other people. For this to work, you should also listen to the bands at the concert and get involved with the music. This way the artists are not disturbed in their performance and the other guests are not disturbed while listening – and nothing stands in the way of a unique concert evening for everyone!
ESSEN & TRINKEN?
Ruby Emma offers a bar with a wide selection of drinks at moderate prices. For the small hunger there is a selection of snacks. However, cash payment is not possible.
WHAT IF I DON’T GET ANY TICKETS?
That is of course a pity! But you can still come, because there are always tickets available. Put yourself on the waiting list and get a message when there are free seats.
WHY ADMISSION FREE?
We want that really every person has access to great live music events. Above all, this should not fail because of money. And that’s why we don’t charge admission to any of our concerts. Of course, we also have to cover our costs and pay fair fees to the musicians for their performances. That’s why we pass around our ARTIST’S HAT at all our concerts. You are welcome to donate money to the artist. Of course only if you like it and your situation allows it! This way you can do something good for the artist and for other concert visitors who otherwise don’t have enough money to visit concerts. The content of the hat is 100% for the benefit of the artists.
